Important facts:
One of the largest castle complexes (41.426 m²) in Europe. At the beginning of the 18th century, the owners left the castle.
In 1780 the complex, which served as a garrison, suffered a major fire, after which it became ruinous. In the 2nd half of the 20th century,
it was preserved and partly restored
(museum section).

Einer der größten Schlosskomplexe (41.426 m²) in Europa. Zu Beginn des 18. Jahrhunderts verließen die Besitzer das Schloss.
Im Jahr 1780 wurde der Komplex, der in dem Moment als Garnison diente, von einem Großbrand heimgesucht und war danach baufällig. In der 2. Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts wurde es konserviert und teilweise restauriert (Museumsbereich).
